Kahawa west

The Farmer’s Choice ITT is a 30km out and back time trial that has kindly been sponsored by Farmer’s Choice.

The race will start just outside the FC grounds at Kahawa West at 8:01am sharp. Riders will set out at one minute intervals. Please collect your race numbers from 07:30am at the start line. You may park inside the FC compound and walk out to the starting point.

As you can see the route has a lovely climb up to the turn around point for those strong climbers, but gives everyone else a chance to catch up on the descent and also on the flats. It is a great road surface throughout – road bikes are recommended! There will also be marshals along the route to tell you which way to go.

Entry fee is currently 1,500/-.

This goes up to 2,500/- on Monday 12th May

Entry closes on Friday 6th June.

Please note you will be asked to fill out an indemnity form when you pick up your race numbers on the morning of the event.

Prize money totals 70,000/=

Registration closes on Friday 6th June. The start list will be drawn up and emailed to the entrants on Saturday 7th June before the race. Please look out for this email so you know what your starting time is. Please ensure that you start on time as a late start is incremental to your actual racing time.

*No rider will be allowed to start without a helmet*

If you know of anyone who wants to ride but cannot register online, please take down their name and age and we will add them to the starting line up.
