Thierry Henry quits role as Sky Sports pundit
The 40-year-old is currently working as a coach with Belgium’s national team who finished third at the World Cup this summer. Henry also has coaching experience with Arsenal’s academy team and was even tipped to replace Arsene Wenger as manager when the 68-year-old decided to step down at the end of last season.
The former France international joined Sky Sports in 2015 but now leaves his position in order to focus on his managerial career. ‘Over the last four years I have had some extremely rewarding coaching experiences in football,’ said Henry.
