Bazinga! If you hate The Big Bang Theory, it’s time to look away now.

It turns out that the cast of the unstoppable juggernaut of a U.S. sitcom are absolutely raking in the cash.

According to Forbes’ annual list of the highest paid TV actors, Jim Parsons was the biggest earner on the box this year, collecting $29 million (£19m) for his role as Sheldon Cooper on the series.

Meanwhile, the other male stars of The Big Bang Theory aren’t doing too bad themselves since they renegotiated their contracts for the eighth season of the show, with each cast member reportedly now earning six to seven-figure sums per episode.

Johnny Galecki (Leonard Hofstadter) came in at second place on the list, earning $27 million (£18m), while Simon Helberg (Howard Wolowitz) and Kunal Nayyar (Raj Koothrappali) placed at joint third with incomes of $20 million (£13m) each.

Elsewhere on Forbes’ list, the cast of Modern Family feature heavily after signing new deals on the series. Kevin Spacey, Ashton Kutcher, Simon Baker, Jon Cryer, Ray Romano and Patrick Dempsey also feature in the top 15 earners between June 2014 and June 2015.
